Released: Special Edition She Won
The love of God inspired me to write about my journey, to delve deeply into my experiences, and to find my true voice. As I released old burdens, I began to sink into the truth of who I am-free from the weight of expectations and pain. This journey required confronting my shadows, embracing vulnerability, and allowing myself to feel, to grieve, and ultimately to heal. By letting go of everything that held me back, I found the freedom to express my authentic self, to share my story, and to inspire others on their paths to liberation.
Freedom is more than the absence of chains; it is the profound release of the soul into its fullest expression. It is the moment when you shed every barrier-doubts, fears, expectations-and step into the boundless potential of who you are meant to be.

Tonja Guerrero
Life Coach, author, and survivor, Tonja empowers women to heal, grow, and live boldly.
The inspiration behind RELEASED was my daughter. She had just turned 18—the same age I was when I endured the abuse that changed the course of my life. Seeing her at that age made me realize how important it was to break the generational cycle of silence and pain.
I knew firsthand what my mother had gone through, as I shared in the book, and just like her, I would do anything to protect my daughter. But this time, protection meant more than just shielding—it meant being completely transparent.
By sharing my story with honesty and vulnerability, I hoped to empower my daughter to recognize the signs of narcissistic behavior early and to trust her instincts. RELEASED became more than my healing—it became a legacy of awareness, strength, and truth for the women in my family and beyond.
